Answer : Checks are issued weekly from Fundraising By Net LLC. The easiest way to reconcile your payments and contributions from Donation Pages is the following: 1. Visit http://my.electionmall.com. Choose Donation Pages from the drop down menu and enter your username and password. 2. Click on the “Reports Menu” button on the left side of your screen. 3. Then click on “Contribute Payment History” located in the middle of your screen. This lists all checks cut to you and the date range of the donations that the check includes. The date listed on your check usually corresponds to “estimated delivery date.” 4. Look at the total dollar amount listed for each check. These dollar amounts are clickable hyperlinks. Click on the blue dollar amount of the check in question. A customized report will appear, including all details on the specific contributions that the check includes. |
